ANGLICARE does not recommend using cheap, do-it-yourself  Will Kits as they can turn out to be very expensive and distressing later on.

There are a lot of traps, especially as some kits explain legal requirements with less clarity than others. One trap, for example, is that under the Succession Act in New South Wales, a person who witnesses a Will could be disqualified from receiving any benefit from that Will. 

Imagine the trouble and trauma that can eventuate for any surviving relative or friend who is named as a beneficiary in a Will which they also witnessed.
